Led by Kyriakos Metaxas, son of Evangelos Metaxas of the legendary Trio Bel Canto, Magges is a six piece band with a rich, traditional sound. They draw their repertoire from traditional Greek pop songs of the 50's and 60's as well as original arrangements of "rembetika" songs of the 20’ and 30’s and dual bouzouki melodies and three part vocal harmonies give them an exciting musical presence.
